Gianna Colantuono

Gianna is a mixed media artist born and raised in Philadelphia. She earned her B.S in Community Development from Temple University in 2021 and is currently pursuing a Master’s in School Counseling from Gwynedd Mercy University.

Gianna has been working in the Out-of-School time setting in Philadelphia for the past 8 years in a variety of roles: The Business of Doing Good (Community Engagement Coordinator, Assistant Teacher), Fleisher Art Memorial (Teaching Assistant), and After School Activities Partnerships (Outreach Coordinator, Operations Manager). Gianna is passionate about fostering creativity in youth, teaching Social Emotional Learning skills, and is very excited to get started as a new teacher with PlayArts!
