half day camps are located at adaire, hackett, AND MOFFET elementary schools.

Full Day camps are located at playarts at the piazza, 1024 N. 3rd St.

General Information

Day Camp is for children ages 5-10.

Half Day Camps are located at Moffet, Adaire, and Hackett Elementary Schools and are only for children who attend PlayLoud AfterSchool at these locations.

You can register for care 12-3pm or 12-6pm

Full Day Camps are located at PlayArts at the Piazza and are open to the public, children ages 5-10.

You can register for care 9am-3pm with an additional aftercare option of 3-6pm

Non-AfterSchool Family To Dos and Knows

Paperwork is required for your child in advance of their attendance.

Please complete and return at least 2 days in advance of your child’s camp attendance.

Please remember to send your child with the following:

  • Lunch

  • Water bottle

  • Snack (x2 if your child stays for AfterCamp Club between 3-6pm)

  • Appropriate clothing and shoes for outdoor play

  • Any necessary medication (Please ensure you have spoken with us and completed the required paperwork if your child has allergies or requires medication.)

REGISTRATION

To register, visit the links below by selecting your child’s school.

Full and Half Day Camp dates are based on the currently published Philadelphia School District Calendar 2023-24. These camp days may change if a new calendar is published.

  • Registration Policy: Registration closes 48 hours before each day camp. Monday camps will close the Friday before at noon. Late registrations for Day Camps or AfterCamp Clubs should be sent via email to schoolage.playarts@gmail.com. Late registrations impact lesson planning, staffing, and teacher preparation, thus acceptance is at the discretion of our staff. If your late registration is accepted, you will be charged an additional $5 per child as a late fee. 

  • Cancellation Policy: Full and Half Day Camp Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund in the form of account credit. This credit can be applied to future Full and Half Day Camps. If you do not communicate your cancellation within this timeframe, a credit will not be issued. The only exception for late cancellations is illness.
