Amanda Schneider is an artist an educator in Philadelphia with a passion for accessible arts programming. She attended the University of Kansas where she studied Ceramics, earning her BFA in 2014. In addition to being an instructor and an events assistant with PlayArts, Amanda teaches ceramics classes at schools throughout Philadelphia with The Clay Studio's Claymobile program and is an active member with artist collective and exhibition space Little Berlin. In her free time, Amanda can be found obsessively watching horror films of all genres and taking her sweet time in art supply stores deciding which color of fancy new art pens to buy. Her go-to karaoke song is Thunder Road.
