PlayArts Party Packages


Option I - $350, Regular Business Hours | Saturdays and Sundays from 1:00-3:00 p.m.

  • 2 hours access to private party room, 1.5 hours access to playspace

  • Accommodates up to 15 children & 30 adults

  • One PlayArts Staff Member Party Assistant

  • Sustainable tableware, paper goods and utensils

  • Water and cups for all guests

  • Dining tables & chairs for children guests

  • Decorations and table linens

  • PlayArts custom balloons

Option II - $550, Private Facility Rental | Saturdays and Sundays from 4:00-6:00 p.m.  

  • Complete access to PlayArts facility. Only you and your guests will be sharing the space.

  • 2 hours access to private party room, 1.5 hours access to playspace and mezzanine

  • Accommodates up to 25 children & 50 adults

  • Two PlayArts Staff Member Party Assistants

  • Sustainable tableware, paper goods and utensils

  • Water and cups for all guests

  • Dining tables & chairs for children guests

  • Decorations and table linens

  • PlayArts custom balloons

Add Ons:

  • Additional Party Assistant| $75 Includes: assistance with party needs: setting up & breaking down of decorations, help with food, cake cutting & distributing.

  • Specialty cake| inquire for pricing

  • Pizza | $40 two pies, 16 full slices or 32 half slices

  • Ice Bin & 2 bags of ice | $10,  $5 per additional bag of ice

  • Favor Bags | $35 for up to 15 kids, $4 per additional bag

  • Art Activity | $150 for up to 15 guests, $5 per additional guest. Includes: instructor led art activity, set up & clean up, art supplies.

*Party Assistant & Art Activity must be requested at least 14 days prior to scheduled party date.

Extra Info:

  • We require a signed party agreement and a $100 nonrefundable deposit to hold your date.

  • Outside decorations require prior approval. There is an additional charge (minimum $30) and mandatory meeting with PlayArts staff to bring your own decorations. 

  • Outside food and beverages are permitted, including alcohol. No food is permitted on the playspace floor. Drinks, held by adults, are permitted in the playspace during private party rentals only. 

  • We are a shoe-free facility. Please alert your guests in advance so that they can prepare.

  • Party entrance is around back on Lee Street, located behind Front Street Cafe’s outdoor seating area.

  • If you choose to bring your own food and beverages, you will be allotted a half hour before and half hour after your party for load in and load out.

  • Party assistants help the host setup and clean up party, arrange food items, keep beverages stocked, cut cake & corral party guests for activities and cake. They act as an extra set of hands to help party run smoothly & stress-free!
