This class uses play, imagination and traditional exercise to blend an activity session for the kiddos with a sweaty workout session for caregivers. Ashley Reid of Active Mom Fitness will provide a fun opportunity for you to workout while playing with your 3-4 year olds. Come dressed to burn calories, get stronger and move as a family!
All fitness levels welcome. Check with your physician before exercise. Please bring a yoga mat.
